WA AGENT Data Deletion Policy

Depending on the nature of the request, we may delete or anonymize information including:

• User account information
• Name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Business profile information
• Customer records stored in WA AGENT
• Contact records
• Conversation data stored within WA AGENT
• Message records
• Message logs
• Message delivery records
• Message templates stored in WA AGENT
• API integration information
• Application usage information
• Other personal information associated with the account

WA AGENT may process information received from or associated with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.

Some information may remain within Meta's systems because WA AGENT does not control Meta's independent systems or databases.

Deleting information from WA AGENT does not automatically delete information maintained directly by Meta, WhatsApp, payment providers, or other independent third party services.

Customers may need to submit separate deletion requests to those third parties where applicable.

To request deletion of your WA AGENT account or personal information, send a request to support@rebootai.in with the subject "WA AGENT Data Deletion Request".

Please include:

• Your full name
• Business name
• Registered email address
• Registered mobile number
• WA AGENT account information where available
• WhatsApp Business Account ID where applicable
• A description of the information you want deleted
• The reason for the request, if relevant

We may request reasonable information to verify that the request has been submitted by the account owner or an authorized representative.

If a business uses WA AGENT and requests deletion of its account data, the authorized business administrator may submit the request.

The administrator may be required to verify ownership or authority before deletion is completed.

For security reasons, we may not process a deletion request until we can reasonably verify the identity or authority of the requester.

This is necessary to prevent unauthorized individuals from deleting another person's or business's data.

After verification, WA AGENT will review the request and identify the information that can be deleted.

Information that is no longer required for service operation may be deleted or anonymized.

Certain information may be retained where required for:

• Legal compliance
• Tax and accounting obligations
• Fraud prevention
• Security investigations
• Dispute resolution
• Contract enforcement
• Regulatory requirements
• Backup and disaster recovery procedures

Where information is retained for one of these reasons, access and processing will be limited to the purpose for which retention is required.

WA AGENT may have access to WhatsApp Business Account information through Meta's APIs and authorized business permissions.

WA AGENT cannot delete information directly from Meta's independent systems unless the relevant Meta API provides such functionality and the customer has authorized its use.

Customers who wish to delete information maintained by Meta or WhatsApp should also follow Meta's applicable privacy and data deletion procedures.

If you request complete WA AGENT account deletion, we may disable the account and remove or anonymize associated data subject to applicable retention requirements.

Once account deletion is completed, certain services and integrations may no longer function.

Deleted information may not be recoverable.

We aim to review verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.

The actual completion time may depend on:

• The amount of information involved
• Verification requirements
• Technical requirements
• Legal retention obligations
• Third party systems
• Backup and disaster recovery processes

Once the applicable deletion process has been completed, we may send confirmation to the verified email address associated with the request.
